Reporting to the Senior Facilities and Administration Coordinator. The incumbent will be responsible for the front office management of CIDRZ office including but not restricted to handling incoming calls, scanning documents and welcoming visitors. She/he will further be tasked with the day-to-day entering of selected requests in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
